The TIFF Bell Lightbox is the permanent home of the Toronto International Film Festival — a 175,000 sq. ft. cultural facility forming the five-storey base of Festival Tower at King and John Streets. Developed by The Daniels Corporation with the Reitman family and designed by KPMB, it opened in 2010. Delivered as construction manager.
