Construction management in Toronto and Ontario.
Myhal provides senior, hands-on construction management for complex projects in Toronto, across Ontario and throughout Canada. When the work is underway, experience is what keeps it on track — we manage the trades, the sequence and the field decisions that determine whether a building is delivered on time, on budget and to the quality it was promised.
Our construction managers come from the field. That depth means tighter budgets, fewer surprises and a higher standard held from groundbreaking to handover.
What our construction management covers.
From procurement to closeout, we run the build as a single accountable line — owning cost, schedule, quality and safety so the owner doesn’t have to chase them.

Construction management vs general contracting
A general contractor typically bids a fixed price on completed drawings and builds to that contract. A construction manager is engaged earlier and works collaboratively with the owner and design team — bringing pricing, constructability and scheduling insight into the project while there is still time to act on it. That earlier involvement is where a CM earns its place: smarter sequencing, competitive trade buy-out, and fewer expensive surprises once the work is in the ground.
Myhal manages construction as the owner’s senior representative on site — accountable for the outcome, not just the contract. We hold the trades to the drawings and the schedule, control cost in real time, and keep the owner informed with reporting that reflects the project’s true status. For owners building across Toronto and Ontario, that means a build that behaves the way the plan promised.

Construction management FAQ
What does a construction manager do?
A construction manager is responsible for delivering the build — procuring and coordinating the trades, supervising the site, controlling cost and schedule, and running safety, quality and closeout. Unlike a general contractor bidding a fixed price on finished drawings, a CM is engaged earlier and works collaboratively with the owner and design team.
How is construction management different from a general contractor?
A general contractor typically commits to a fixed lump-sum price once drawings are complete. A construction manager joins earlier, contributes pricing and constructability input during design, and manages the trades on the owner’s behalf — usually with more transparency into cost. See owner’s representative vs construction manager for related context.
What types of projects do you manage?
Office towers and fit-ups, high-rise and mixed-use residential, retail renovations and expansions, and complex industrial facilities — across Toronto, Ontario and Canada. Browse our project portfolio for examples.
Do you also provide preconstruction?
Yes. The strongest outcomes come when the same senior team handles preconstruction, owner’s representation and construction management — so nothing is lost in the handoffs between phases.
