85 Richmond Street West

85 Richmond Street West heritage office revitalization, Toronto

Built in 1923, 85 Richmond Street West is one of Toronto’s last first-generation skyscrapers and part of Oxford’s Richmond-Adelaide Centre. The revitalization restored the building’s 303-foot Beaux-Arts cornice and original façade while inserting modern, energy-efficient office space and upgraded systems — achieving LEED Gold. Delivered as construction manager.
