A multi-year program to restore and modernize the façade of the Toronto-Dominion Centre — the landmark Mies van der Rohe complex and one of Canada’s most significant works of modern architecture. The work upgraded the building envelope across the towers while preserving the precise black steel-and-glass aesthetic. Delivered for Cadillac Fairview.
